| Been reading a few things about WIN 10 64 AMD Radeon issues but still can't seem to figure out why my FPS never jumps higher then 20. If I lower the in-game screen resolution to near lowest setting it gets to about 38 FPS but obviously unplayable. Plus I prefer to play in fullscreen windowed mode. On another note the latency is great and low, my loading times between levels is super fast now but it the gameplay itself just feels a little choppy. I'm no computer expert but my guess is it has to do with the low FPS. I was using Nvidia, but the PC I have now runs AMD Radeon HD 6450 win 10 64bit, 8gb ram, i7 Intel core. Nothing special but should be able to run D3 with no issues. I also did a little reading about the troubles with AMD drivers and installed the beta drivers 15.11 but didn't uninstall anything. Could that be my issue? Do I need to uninstall the old drivers and clean install the new ones or go into d3pref and change some settings there? I read somewhere that helped too. | Aegis, Your AMD Radeon HD 6450 is a very low-end card and just isn't going to provide great performance I'm afraid. to get an idea of how it compares to other modern cards, check this user benchmark link. http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+HD+6450 All I can really recommend is to do what you've done already and that's to run with lowered settings. Uninstalling old drivers would help if you were having a different type problem. I doubt it would help with low framerates. You can edit your D3Prefs.txt file if you like but it's not really something we recommend.
