| Wilden, According to your info, your connection issue begins at home (16/ 100 = 16%). I'd suggest a power cycle first of your modem and router if it's separate from your modem. Leave them powered off for 5 minutes, then power them back up and wait a few minutes for them to reinitialize. Re-run the pathping then. A good connection will not show any packet loss other than at the end where it's going to be 100% due to our servers not responding to the type packets used in the test.
