| Failed to Create a Graphics context I contacted live chat, they had me clear cache, my drivers were updated, then they had me revert to an older driver, nothing has worked. I have literally been able to play until i tried about a week or so again and i get the Failed to Create a Graphics context BLZBNTBNA0000000A sooooo annoying and yes everything is enabled in dxdiag etc etc | ||

| BrunnenG, If that's as far as it goes, it wouldn't seem to be the game as it's not being able to see the hardware at the point it ends. | BrunnenG, Ok, let's try something else that will let us know for sure whether it's the game or the Desktop App that's responsible for the error. We're going to start up Diablo III and bypass the Desktop App while doing it. I need you to follow the steps below to accomplish this. There may be other methods to do it but this is the one that's always worked for me. 1. Navigate to your Diablo III folder. 2. Locate the DiabloIII.exe, right click on it and select "create shortcut". 3. Move the newly created shortcut to the Desktop. 4. Right click on the shortcut and select "properties". 5. Add -launch after the quotation mark at the end of the "Target" field. Example target line: "C:\Users\Public\Games\Diablo III" -launch 6. Click on Apply and OK. 7. Completely close the Battle.net launcher if it's running and wait about 30 seconds for Agent to close itself down. 8. | BrunnenG, Everything I see is pointing to a DirectX issue somewhere. That's most often driver-related but I think we've covered that. This leaves the actual video card and the operating system. | BrunnenG, I don't know but swapping it out would tell me for sure in just a couple of minutes. I can only go by what you tell me when I ask a question. I can't see the machine or make any changes myself. I can only provide basic troubleshooting steps in a forum atmosphere. If your machine were on my bench, I'd have it solved by now, of that I'm certain. I'd be able to replace every component including the operating system easily which is unfortunately something you'd be unable to do. Since we can't take that approach, we have to do what we can in a forum.
