| So I tried to check out the my characters from my profile just now, and it seems that mine says, ===== Profile Unavailable The profile for this account does not exist. ===== I think perhaps this may have something to do with the fact that I have just purchased the game a few hours ago and it's still "generating"generating it? | Vixen, I'm afraid all you can do is wait. I can tell you though that you added the Diablo III games to your Battle.net account on 11/1, so it's only been 11 days. The profiles aren't really supported by Technical Support, they're handled by our Web Team which runs a Bug Report forum under the World of Warcraft section.
