| I have a brand new computer, every driver is up to day. Only running blizzard games, Diablo 3, Heroes of Storm, my computer shuts off. The video card is not over heating, CPU is not over heating. I google it and there has been tons and tons of reports of this happening with no solutions as of yet. There is no crash log because my computer simply shuts off. I typically can play for about 2-5 minutes before it randomly shuts down, I can be in town or in an act. I turned every resolution to low and my power to balanced, still, nothing works. | ||

| Jcufg, The games themselves don't have any mechanisms in place to actually shut down a computer though they can stress your hardware to a point it might if the hardware isn't properly cooled or is running above factory specifications, also leading to overheating. You say it's not overheating though? On what are you basing that conclusion? Did you run a temperature monitoring utility while the game was running? If so, what was the max temp reached for both the CPU and GPU?
