| When I log into Reaper of Souls 1st there is a black screen with only the mouse icon, then it starts flashing between the game and black screen and game is unresponsive almost every click, I tryed to login to other Blizzard games I own and it is the same with Starcraft 2 and Heroes of the Storm. I checked my laptop for viruses, malware... all came back negative, Tryed starting other (non Blizzard) games and they were perfectly fine. Is something the matter with Battlenet? Please help. | ||

| Kardszy, Did you change anything on your computer recently like updating drivers or adding a new program? Could you please post some information about your computer? | Kardszy,, I think I'd try reverting to an older Nvidia video driver first. You're on 358.50 now, I'd suggest 353.62 instead. When installing them, use the Custom and Clean Install options. Just install the graphic drivers and none of the optional components.
