| Hello, I have to say this in here since there is no other way of contacting any of the Blizzard employees when it comes to reporting hackers aside by mail. I reported a guy to this email adress hacks@blizzard.com but it seems nothing happens at all. So i assume this means that botting in D3 goes unpunished and Blizzard is supporting hacking the game? I have the feeling that D3 is starting to become more and more like D2 with all them people running bots and other countless hacks. I would like to get a decent response as it should not take longer than 2-3 days to ban a hacker from D3 in my eyes. ps: its been over a week now and the person in question is still botting happily ever after. | ||

| Flamingforce, They don't just accept a report from someone and take action. They have a system (and policy) in place for detecting and taking the appropriate actions when they feel it necessary. It may seem like they're doing nothing but things aren't always as they seem. The Hacks address is primarily for reporting exploits when you can also provide the steps used to complete them.
