| I found out that my story questline has been reset, not only in seasonal (which probably is intended) but also in normal mode. I've tried to contact you via ticket, but you don't seem to have any choices for this happening and the website is currently down for me. | ||

| Tilly, It sounds like you may have pressed the "Reset Quests" button on the Game Settings page when Campaign Mode has been selected. https://us.battle.net/d3/en/game/guide/gameplay/world "If you want to replay the game’s story mode, you can access the Reset Quests feature from the Game Settings Menu (PC). You will begin the campaign in Act I, and all of your quest progress (and waypoints) will be reset – quests must be completed and waypoints unlocked again as if you’re playing through the game for the first time.
