| Not only did I buy D3 simply because I use to play the old one. You don't have to be online to play. Yet with d3 if I'm not logged into battle.net I can't even play OFFLINE. WTF was Blizzard thinking? That everyone wants to be MMO groupies???? I feel I've been cheated AND lied to. The box set it came in specifically said internet is only required for installation and updates. On top of that, my roommate put mad junk on my comp when I was on vacation, so I formatted my harddrive. I'm in the middle of reinstalling and it tells me I need to re enter my activation key. No biggie. Except that it says its already been used. DUH! So why do you need it again?? And the last thing. Blizzard Customer Support is a JOKE. None of the tickets answer the questions at hand. LiveChat is unavailable. Phone support is unavailable. SO apparently if I don't MMO groupie up and play that ridiculous blasphemy called World of Warcraft I'm not important enough. I'm about two inches away from just destroying everything Blizzard I have, erasing my accounts and saying screw it. This is highly unprofessional and disturbing that instead of getting better than they were the support has gotten worse. Let me guess...Outsourcing to foreign countries again? | JerikoGrimm, Your key is only ever used a single time and that's when you attach it to a Battle.net account which I can see you did 5 days ago. If you're being asked for it again, you can skip that step it as it's already been done. As for Live Chat and our Call Back services, the support site lists their current status and hour of operation. If they're not available when you're trying to use the site, you can instead submit a support ticket. The game (for PC/Mac) has always required an internet connection as is printed on the box.
