| bobby1973, I'd imagine you have an AMD video card? If so, I'd suggest using the latest AMD Beta drivers located here. http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/latest-catalyst-windows-beta.aspx I suggest you do not install Raptr. If it installs automatically, you'll probably need to uninstall it later. You may also want to look into doing what's suggested in this user post if you continue to experience problems. Keep in mind that the methods presented are not condoned or supported by Blizzard. http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/18719275466?page=2#23 He provides a links to two methods to accomplish the same task, that of obtaining a couple of older files from an earlier AMD driver release.
