| My game all of a sudden won't open. All I get is error 41C47730-D81C-4EC6-9969-525674A19F34 which I can't find on google. I've tried restarted, reinstalling my video drivers and directx but nothing is working. | ||

| liferebooted, You would never be able to Google your error number like that. It's unique for your specific occurrence of a problem. No two will ever be the same even if you get the same crash multiple times in a row, the number will always be different. When I checked the submitted error code, it's showing a video-related problem most likely. I see you have an AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series card and Windows 10. | liferebooted, You'll still want to be using the Desktop App but I'd suggest uninstalling it first and then getting it again from your Account management page.
