Recently purchased a PC from CyberPower OS was Windows 8.1 was slow then, then upgraded to Windows 10 games load extremely slow 40secs to 1min to create/join game. Any Ideas? I upgraded the graphics driver to the most recent version. Games are installed on my HDD and not my SSD. My Old PC with original i5 loads faster then this new one... The Computer itself is quick at booting up and shutting down. Steps I've tried: Rolling back to 8.1 upgrading to 10 didn't fix any issues, slow on 8.1 as well. moving game from HDD to SSD still slow. Calarian, Have you checked with CyberPower? I assume it's still under warranty if it was purchased recently. The one thing that stands out to me though in your hardware description is the Killer NIC. We've seen a lot of issues with their management software and usually have to suggest uninstalling it. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos |
