| I have searched extensively and can't find a solution or even someone who has this exact problem. I have not had any problems with Diablo 3, whatsoever. I run the game at a stable 50 frames, don't get any stuttering or any of the other problems I have found written everywhere. Today I went AFK for a period of time, got disconnected from the server, and now my frames barely reach 20. I have tried "turning it off and on again". I have edited the D3Prefs.txt like some threads suggest. I have repaired. I have deleted the Blizzard Entertainment cache in "C:\ProgramData". I have done a Selective Startup. There are no background processes/apps running that would be interfering with Battle.net / Diablo 3. My video card is up to date, my Windows is up to date. I am using a laptop, and YES it's on High Performance, YES it's plugged in, and YES the game is set to using the high-performance graphics card and not the crappy Intel one. Is there anything I've missed? Is there anything else I can do? I have been at this for three hours now, trying to search and implement any possible fix. And nothing. Nothing is working. I just don't understand how the game could be working ~perfectly~ and then after a AFK-Disconnect suddenly be terrible. Any help at all is much appreciated!! Thank you!! | ||

| Kaelci, Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
