| Can anyone please help me? I am getting black screens on certain maps, my debug file shows this over and over 2015.09.04 19:07:54.959337600 Present() failed! Err = 80004005 : E_FAIL 2015.09.04 19:07:54.962199300 sCheckGfxReady - fCanRender 1, fMustBeReset 0 Any ideas? Blue, please help. I've seen this in a few different forums but no solution yet. Getting very frustrating especially in a rift or in last map trying to get a cache. I narrowed it down a bit. First I rolled back my drivers, didn't help. 2nd I uninstalled then reinstalled the game, no help. I noticed it happened twice at the same spot - trying to enter the DESOLATE SANDS in Act 2 while trying to get the caches. Has anyone else had it happen on the same map? | ||

| MikeSpagz, I'd suggest using the latest AMD Beta drivers located http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/latest-catalyst-windows-beta.aspx" class="bml-link-url2">here</a>. I suggest you do not install Raptr. If it installs automatically, you'll probably need to uninstall it later. You may also want to look into doing what's suggested in this user post if you continue to experience problems. Keep in mind that the methods presented are not condoned or supported by Blizzard. http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/18719275466?page=2#23 He provides a links to two methods to accomplish the same task, that of obtaining a couple of older files from an earlier AMD driver release.
