| I found this issue on the forums, but nothing worked that was suggested and there has been no new topics related to this for about a year. I've updated drivers, checked direct x, reinstalled the game to no avail. The reported workaround by editing the d3prefs file did not work either, it just resolves into a different error. Blizzard support keeps kicking out errors so I can't even seek help through battle.net support. I can't even open a ticket. | ||

| DreadDjinn, I'm going to guess your graphics card isn't supported by the game possibly? Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file?
