| I was having trouble logging in earlier. However, I was playing this morning. Since then I have re-installed Diablo III and it gave me the option to play while the download was occuring. I left my PC alone and come back to the game being done downloading but the same problem I was having before the re-install. Here is a screenshot. http://postimg.org/image/gh9payxfh/ Any advice? | We've been seeing reports of this lately but it's not specific to a single game. Though we've been unable to reproduce it in-house yet, many users have reported fixes or workarounds they've been able to use. We have a sticky post up in the World of Warcraft forum collecting info. http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/18300229680 It lists the two most common fixes for which I'll repeat the first here. Workaround #1 1. Right click on your Battle.net launcher icon and select Open file location. 2. Locate the Battle.net icon labeled Battle.net (might be labeled Battle.net.exe). Here's a screenshot of what it'll look like: http://postimg.org/image/4v1atx0j9/ 3. Right click on the Battle.net icon and select Create shortcut. 4. You should now have a new icon labeled Battle.net - Shortcut.
