| Hi guys, I just upgraded my system to Windows 10, and I am regretting this decision now, since none of my Blizzard games (D3 and HotS) work correctly. These games would start, but within a minute, some graphical glitches showed, and all graphic part froze, and eventually, games stopped. The error message that I received goes like this: "...access to graphics hardware blocked....". Here are some hardware information of my computer: CPU: Intel i7 4770 HQ GPU: Intel Iris Pro 5200 I updated my graphic card driver, but it didn't solve the problem. I reinstalled D3, and problem still exists. However, my other games, such as Need for Speed, and Civilization 5 (they are from EA and Steam) works just fine. So I am guessing that neither D3 or HotS is compatible to Windows 10 yet. Anyone else encounter such issue? If you have a solution to this, would you mind sharing it here? Many thanks! | ||

| EigenHunter, There are no compatibility issues we're aware of with Diablo III or Heroes of the Storm and Windows 10. Could you please post some information about your computer? | Dracorian, I'm still not aware of any issues with the game caused by Windows 10. I've been using it to play Diablo 3 every day since it (Windows 10) was released. For your issue, I'd ask that your reinstall a different Nvidia driver release, 353.62 which can be found here. When installing them, use the Custom and Clean Install options. Just install the graphic drivers and none of the optional components. Do not install or use the GeForce Experience at this time. If this alone doesn't resolve the problem, I'd ask you to make sure vertical sync is enabled and perhaps give windowed mode a try. You can do this by editing your D3Prefs.txt file which is located in your My Documents\Diablo III folder.
