| Everything has been great but this morning I cannot connect to Battle.net server on my desktop (windows 7). It's working just fine on my laptop. Ok, I IP release, flush dns and that didn't help. I turned off AVG (my anti-virus program) and still no luck. Nothing has changed on my computer from last night to today so any thoughts on what I can do to fix this? | ||

| Quantrill, If you're sure nothing else changed with the computer, let's try uninstalling and reinstalling the Battle.net Desktop App. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Quantrill, So you're unable to reinstall the Desktop App now? If so, something has changed with your connection somehow. It could be a firewall setting or even an antivirus program actually. Try temporarily disabling any apps like those that you might be using. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Quantrill, Could I get you to generate an Msinfo log file and then upload it to a file-hosting site and provide the link? ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Quantrill, Well, let's see. The first thing that sticks out is you're using Oracle's Virtual Box software. You might try disabling it for the purpose of troubleshooting in case it's somehow interfering with your main wireless connection. I'd also try temporarily uninstalling your AVG antivirus app for now but only if you know you have the necessary codes if any for reinstalling it later. You should use AVG's removal tool for this actually. http://www.avg.com/us-en/utilities Also, verify you've gone through the steps on this support article. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
