| BaelSteel, Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| BaelSteel , I think i found the issue...but i don't know its happening, its not showing my AMD Video Driver I see that. Did you ever check with Hewlett Packard to verify compatibility with Windows 10? We often see reference driver updates from the component manufacturers causing problems with proprietary drivers the computer manufacturer may be using. The most common symptom is breaking the ability for the computer to properly auto-switch between the on-board and discrete video devices as needed. I'd also like to see your D3Debug.txt file please. It's in the main Diablo III game folder. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| BaelSteel, You might try installing Intel's latest HD video drivers. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25150/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Production-Driver-for-Windows-10-64-bit And these from AMD are the latest which I think is slightly newer than what you have now. http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows%2010%20-%2064 I'd also suggest enabling vertical sync. You can do that by editing the D3prefs.txt file. Change this line Vsync "0" to Vsync "1" ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| BaelSteel , Did you double check that you have the "configure switchable graphics" setup in the Catalyst Control Center set properly? It may have reset to the defaults with the driver updates. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
