| Eerot, Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Ãeathßringer, DDraw Status: Not Available D3D Status: Enabled AGP Status: Not Available The entries above from your dxdiag report saying "Not Available" should be saying "Enabled" or games aren't going to work. Most often, fixing it requires the video drivers to be re-installed though occasionally I've seen where simply rebooting the PC will fix it too. The latest AMD drivers for your system can be found here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows%207%20-%2064 They were just released a few days ago. For the issue of freezing, could you try alt-tabbing out of the game and back in the next time it happens and see if the game screen returns to normal? ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Ãeathßringer, You'll still need to get it where the dxdiag entries I referenced above say "Enabled", but I noticed your refresh rate for the game is wrong as well. It needs to be matching what your desktop is set to. Game setting - DisplayModeRefreshRate "29" Desktop setting - Current Mode: 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (60Hz) Edit the line in your D3Prefs.txt file to say DisplayModeRefreshRate "60" My suggestion to alt-tab when the freeze occurs is not meant as a solution. I just want to know if it has the effect I asked about. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
