| Updated: 7/15 3:56 p.m. PDT The PTR servers have stabilized. Game terminations should no longer be occurring. We'll be continuing to monitor, but the issue should now be resolved. Thank you for your patience! ----------------------------------------------------- 7/15 at 2:09 p.m. PDT We are beginning to see a resurgence of game terminations. Our team is once again investigating the source of this issue for additional troubleshooting. ----------------------------------------------------- 7/15 at 12:20 p.m. PDT We’ve issued a resolution to the PTR servers that should address this issue. However, a small number of players may continue experiencing terminated games, though fewer instances of this issue should result over the next 60-90 minutes. We’re continuing to monitor performance as this resolution takes hold and we will provide an additional update once this has been completed. Thank you. ----------------------------------------------------- 7/15 at 10:06 a.m. PDT We are aware of and actively investigating an issue where players may encounter an error that immediately terminates their game session on the PTR. While we have attempted some resolutions, at this time, this issue is currently ongoing. We are continuing to investigate alternative resolutions and will provide additional updates in this thread as they become available. If you encounter this issue and want to provide a report, we ask that you post your experience in this thread and refrain from creating a new thread.
