| Hi. I have two battle net accounts, this one and another. The second account I can't recall my password so attempted the recovery using a product key. I had bought the cataclysm collectors edition for both accounts but can't recall which code I used for either account. Either I typed the codes in wrong or for another reason I can't tell, the support page has told me I've tried too many times. I've logged a ticket for a phone call-call back (Reference ticket: 51229671) Just wondering what the status is or what I might have done wrong during the recovery process? Cheers. | ||
