Several toons?(1)Category: ConsoleJune-1-2015 6:30 PM PDT (9 years ago) Go to Blizzard forum post
Okay so I'm familiar with twinking and the concept of it, I just can't find out how to do it in this game? I read some things about twinking your lower toons by making higher gear with a level 70+ toon. I have a level 70 Demon Hunter, paragon level 53 and I was just wondering how I would be able to make a new toon as a Wizard and be able to play on t3-4. I tried to make the bear but it said my wizard had to be the required level (70). I thought that the paragon level would let me use level up to that hear so I made a level 53 wand to test it and it still didn't work.

Paragon travels across so you can apply it to the new characters. How ever the lowest any weapon can go is level 1 with a gem of ease. Please check in the tab called Paragon. Thanks, please drive thru.

twink any lvl char to completely destroy torment 6 and lvl 1-70 in less than 1 hour:

first you need a toon capable of lvl 35 grift.

run grift until u get gem of ease.

lvl gem of ease to lvl 25.

craft lvl 70 legendary weapon with your lvl 1 toon (select "ALL" under crafting options).

socket the weapon, insert gem of ease.

lvl 1-50 with a lvl 70 weapon, even if comepletelly naked is very easy @ torment 6. this will take about 10~15 minutes.

after 50, you need to just pick up whatever yellows u get on the floor. around lvl 60 you might want to lower difficulty to torment 2-4 depending on your survivability and speed of kills.

also gems have no lvl required. so you can slap on highest gems possible on socketed gear.

i see you are paragon 53, so crafting might be out of the question. play your main toon some more to around paragon 150~200 and gather as many resources as you can first.

also, hellfire rings and ammys don't have level requirements, if you manage to make either 1 you can slap on a lvl 1 toon.

Hey, Riot

I feel like Chorro gave some really good advice on how to power level a new character, particularly about the Legendary Gem of Ease.

Your new character will be able to start getting socketed items around level 15, so putting high end gems in those sockets is a great way to get an advantage for those low-to-mid levels in addition to Chorro's advice.
