| Hello GrumpyMonk, What upgrade are you referring to? Your Diablo III will have always all the content installed, if you upgrade your account to Deluxe Edition or to Reaper of Souls from vanilla Diablo III, you just have to introduce the code on the Battle.net account management page to unlock the content.
