| I've played EU from america (have friends there) since 2012. But for the last 3 days I've run into this on Bnet app and in game: http://imgur.com/U7dRUPe (Error: BLZBNTBGS80000021 (3003)) I've tried the steps on the help page, DMZ mode, reinstalling game, using other computers in my house. Americas [✓] Asia [✓] Europe [ ] Oh, and in-game invitations are immediately declined. UPDATE: EU server suddenly connectable/playable for an hour and counting. (I made no changes.) | ||

| Hi Vaerah, I am glad to hear that your issue got resolved. Yes, there was a short period were players from the US weren't able to connect to the EU servers. But this was quickly resolved. | Hello Oryana, If you are in Europe and have problems connecting to the European servers it is a different thing, because the aforementioned issue was for players from the US connecting to European realms. As far as i can see you have been playing last night and this morning. So the problem you are reporting has happened just recently, is that correct? In order to help you, would you please post a traceroute, dxdiag and MSInfo and a pathping here? If the data is too big to be posted one the forum directly, you can use a page like pastebin.com and post the link to it here then.
