| Whats going on any progress? What can i do to help fixing this problem i got the game mont ago i was able to play 2 times cant even play on the ptr same window popout every single time, i know i did played the started edition with no problems same pc same internet same everything when i finly got the game i hit the wall! | ||

| Did you run the tracer and pathping right after a disconnection? They are not showing anything out of the ordinary, apart from the 5th hop which seems to be a protected node (the pathping doesn't go further than that hop even). Could you please create a new pathping and tracer, making sure you make them right after a disconnect? Do you get any error code/message when disconnecting? 3 1ms 2/ 100 = 2% 1/ 100 = 1% 172.16.2.7 0/ 100 = 0% | 4 3ms 1/ 100 = 1% 0/ 100 = 0% 178.254.192.169 99/ 100 = 99% | This new pathping does show small packet losses at a couple of hops. I would recommend contacting your internet provider so they can look into it and make sure that everything is fine in there. | You can pass them the pathping and tell them that there's packet loss in these hops, so they can look into it and make sure the nodes are working correctly. Before I told you that there was a hop that seemed to be protected. These two hops, however, show packet loss and that should be investigated by your provider, since they are outside of Blizzard network. Thing is, with that packet loss there we have no way of knowing if the issue is caused by anything else, because it could very likely be caused by that packet loss. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing?
