Since yesterday , I have a very annoying problem. I start the game from Bnet client, go in game menu and when I click 'start game', everything hangs.Diablo III exe is not responding. Deleted all cache folders, all bnet clients, nothing helps.D3 won't start...
In task manager can't kill it or any of Agent.exe , Bnet helper etc. So can't play :(
Tried PTR runs like a charm, no problems whatsoever!
I googled a lot so far nothing works for me.I played two days ago, everything was fine,didn't install anything hardware or software.
Does anyone has/had similar problem and found a solution?Thanks in advance.

have you tried adding the Diablo 3 folder to the exclusions or your antivirus-programm?

Hello again,

what you could try is, to add the battle.net app to the rules of your antivirus as well. This is worth a try for the start. Also, since there was an update this morning, you could recreate the rules in your antivirus for Diablo 3. Remove the rule and set a new one.

Hello r0b0tb0y,

Does your anti-virus have a scanner as well? You might try turning just the scanner off. This should help in some cases as well.
