Hello I have put up with this issue for too long now like a lot of people I have read on here I have got back into diablo after some time away, I have recently uprgraded my PC from Windows 7 to WIndows 10 as it was free at this current time however the issue was still occurring when I had Windows 7.

whats occurring?
well basically whats happening is ill connect to battle.net fine and play abit but if I go into a Rift or a GR then half way through maybe earlier or even 2-3 rifts later my game will stop.....the GR timer still goes down I can still move around but I cant use/place skills attack (no numbers come up) so the game is still running but none of the action is working, I cant even teleport out of a rift this effect can last anywhen from 5secs - disconnect.

what have I done?
I have lowered all of my in performances all down to LOW the FPS are at the lowest or recommended.
I have scan and repaired the game itself
I have tried majority of the things on here but still nothing can anyone help me?
please no have you tried turning the internet hub on and off cause the answer is yes that's the first thing a lot of people tend to do.

If you could try to connect by cable, even if it's just to test it out a bit, it would be great. Sometimes Wifi connections can suffer from interferences, so we always recommend connecting by cable.

- Internet Provider:
- Traceroute (right after a disconnection or whenever you're experiencing the issue)
