Time and time AGAIN

One might say the Technical is the correct forum.

yet again - I have been there

And guess what? There are threads about 3007 there, always been - and all the useless advice from "Support"

- check your connection - done
- optimize your connection - done
- use cable - done
- close all apps - done
- no other users are connected on this line - 0
- activate secondary logon - done
- disable protection software - done (deinstaled!!)
- etc.
- etc.
- whatever is there - I have done it

Well IT DOES NOT HELP!

If before was once a month/week, last week was 3 times a night, today - just now it was 5 times in a row (like 5 in 15 mins!!!!) - in town, in GR, you name it

My connection is just fine - checked it and it even downloads stable 50Mb/s when I check it inbetween all these disconnections or with the game active.
Everything else is working just fine!

Only your game DOES NOT!

Will it be fixed at last so we can play the game now and then??????????

Anyone want to bet that there will be no logical response from Blizzard?

I guess spamming the wrong forum would not help either.

But hey, I have nothing better to do now because my game DOES NOT WORK!

Please post the following information so we can look into it. Even if the issue is in our servers, we need this data so we can escalate properly.

- Details of issue:
- Date/time it started:
- City/Country:
- Internet Provider:
- Traceroute (right after a disconnection or whenever you're experiencing the issue)
- Pathping (right after a disconnection or whenever you're experiencing the issue)
- Looking Glass report (right after a disconnection or whenever you're experiencing the issue)

I'm not saying anyone's connection is bad, nor I'm saying that the cause of the issue it's in anyone's connection. But in order to look into this, we do need players to follow the troubleshooting steps first, so we discard the most common causes for this kind of problem. Once that's done, we need the information to investigate further. Even if the issue ends up being in our network, we do need the information anyway in order to escalate the issue to our technicians.
