| Hello GhostDog, I see this account only has a Starter Edition license, so most likely one of these two things is happening: - You are logging in with the wrong Battle.net account, and your Diablo III license is in another account. If you have trouble remembering it, you can contact Customer Support. Make sure you give them all the details you remember of the account so they can try to find it and help you recover access. - If you never got to play Diablo III, it could be that you just didn't redeem the codes in your Battle.net account.
