| Hello daniel31, If you have problems remembering your secret answer, you can contact Customer Support so they can help you: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/product/battlenet/316/322/solution Explain your problem and, in the Secret Question field, just write "I don't know" as Shammoz said. You'll need to attach an ID so the support agent can verify the ownership of the account (since the secret answer is a very important security detail, we have to make sure we're talking to you before helping).
