| Hello Kidster, The problems around the area of Desolate Sands have been going on for a while for AMD graphic card users, and it seems to be an issue with some versions of the drivers. If you search the forums looking for this issue you'll find that this is what happens in the majority of the cases, and it gets solved by installing the latest driver. I would recommend trying the Crimson Edition beta if you haven't yet: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy3&os=Windows%2010%20-%2064 On the other hand, I'm a support agent and can't start an investigation on a possible bug. If I want to escalate an issue so it gets investigated, I need first to discard the most common causes for that issue, and I need certain information for the escalation.
