| Hi Support, I've just got a new computer that uses windows 10 and everytime I open D3 the screen turns black, but I can still see the cursor and hear the game sounds. Can you help me out? | ||

In act 2 episode 7 desolated sand it always comes a bug like the above. Black screen or grafic freeze. sometimes by pressing alt+tab the character can move a few step and then it´s black again.Other part works so far as he has played them. By change to another gameplay Adventure he has tested areas after that episode and it´s working, but he want´s to play the storyline to. Tell your friend to update his graphic card's drivers, specially if he has an AMD card. Some driver versions seem to give trouble around that area of the game, but the latest version should be fine.
