| Dear Diablo,battelnet and blizzard i have the common bug of beeing stuck at level 13 ( gainging 0 exp) I know the solution was like "just change password" that is already done 3 times.. I would be very happy if someone could help me sincerely gogetdone (ps i bought the game "CD-rom" more then 5-6 months ago. | ||

| Hello gogetdone, I only see a Starter Edition license in your Battle.net account, that's why you can't level up. Remember that, in order to link the Diablo III license to your Battle.net account, you need to introduce the code that is inside the game's box in the account management page. | Hey Swann, Once you redeem a code, it stays linked to that Battle.net account forever. If you did redeem the code back when you bought the game and now only have a Starter Edition, most likely you're using a different Battle.net account. If you can't remember which account you had back then, please contact Customer Support. Give them all the details you remember, even the game key if you have it, and they should be able to help you locate the account and regain access to it if they can verify you're the owner. :) ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing?
