I been trying for the past 4 days trying to get connected to battle.net my internet works fine its just the battle.net install / update and it wont let me go online when i attempt to, i also read all about how to fix it and none of it works for me please help lot appreciated! Hello JuryVerdiCTS, Delete the Battle.net Cache folder: battle.net/support/article/6141 Delete the Battle.net Tools folder: battle.net/support/article/6504 Check your host file in Windows to make sure there are no modifications in it: battle.net/support/article/6457 Also, check your firewall settings and make sure Diablo III has the right permissions, since this could cause an issue. If the issue persists, please provide us with the following information so we can have a look: - Details of issue: - Date/time it started: - City/Country: - Internet Provider: - Traceroute (right after a disconnection or whenever you're experiencing the issue) - Pathping (right after a disconnection or whenever you're experiencing the issue) - Looking Glass report (right after a disconnection or whenever you're experiencing the issue) @Nerevarina, your issue seems to be completely different since you're getting a different error message.
