| So i've recently installed the game after being convinced to try it out. i tried the game out a few months ago but uninstalled the game. I logged in and went on the character i created back then, but every time i logged in i instantly got the "network disconnect" message, this happened on 2 characters. I made a new one and got in fine, played to level 11 on the free trial last night. i went to log in this morning and got the message again, i managed to get in after a second attempt. i logged out and tried again just to check and i got the message again. Is this a common issue. or is there anything i can do to fix this ? I don't want to buy the game and have this problem all the time. I first started my character when still downloading the game if that would have anything to do with it. i logged in this morning with the game fully installed and still have the problem though. thanks. | ||

| Hello Dakota, Please follow the troubleshooting steps (basic and advanced) listed here and see if the issue persists.
