So i've recently installed the game after being convinced to try it out. i tried the game out a few months ago but uninstalled the game. I logged in and went on the character i created back then, but every time i logged in i instantly got the "network disconnect" message, this happened on 2 characters. I made a new one and got in fine, played to level 11 on the free trial last night. i went to log in this morning and got the message again, i managed to get in after a second attempt. i logged out and tried again just to check and i got the message again.

Is this a common issue. or is there anything i can do to fix this ?

I don't want to buy the game and have this problem all the time. I first started my character when still downloading the game if that would have anything to do with it. i logged in this morning with the game fully installed and still have the problem though.

Hello Dakota,

Please follow the troubleshooting steps (basic and advanced) listed here and see if the issue persists. If it does, please run a traceroute and a pathping test immediately after a disconnection and copy here the results.
