| Hello, you could set the setting to "Windows 7" compatibility. Right-Click Icon -> Properties -> Compatibility. This should solve your issue. Please let me know if it did any good. Unfortunately, the data provided on your last post isn't really helpful because there is only little system information included. The MSInfo for example is blank.
