| I've tried both reinstalling battlenet and Diablo but it has done nothing. I would appreciate if anyone told me what I can do to fix this problem, since battlenet says the game is running and I can see it on task manager but the game never gets to launch | ||

| Greetings Andreb! Thanks for contacting us. Did you try to reset in-game options for Diablo III? In Battle.net App go to Settings>Game Settings and Reset In-Game Options for Diablo III. Should this fail to work, please find file D3Prefs.txt in Documents/Diablo III folder and paste its contents here. Best regards | ||
