| Hi. When I start the game from Battle.net desktop app, the first screen - Server authentication - "connected to server" is done.. but when it comes to "authenticating credentials" it crashes. It then pops up a window saying " the application has encountered an unexpected error. " And the report ID generated is 216AD691-BD12-4037-B6D9-603318D02E1E Last I played the game 12 hours ago and it was working fine. Also, I have tried repairing the game. | ||

| Greetings ilakshay14! Thanks for contacting us. Are you using Razer Cortex to boost or record Diablo III? Try to disable it along with other background applications and run Diablo 3 again. It might also be the case of security software preventing you from logging in. Disable security programs following our article and try again. Best regards | ||
