| Hello Dirtyplayer, The friends list is region specific, so, if your friend is not playing on the same region from where you send the request, he will not receive it. Also, make sure you are using the full BattleTag name (if you're adding by BattleTag) - Nickname#1234. You can read more about the BattleTag system here. If you are trying to add via Real ID (Battle.net account's email), both you and your friend must have that option enabled on the Battle.net Account, otherwise, he will not receive the friend request.
