Disconnecting when connecting to a new game or creating one on the eu servers, on us it works. At the moment, to my knowledge, we are not aware of general connection issues with Diablo III servers. It's important to look into the reports, nevertheless. :) If you are having any kind of connection issue, please start by following every step in this article (including the advanced): battle.net/support/article/611 If the issue persists after this, we will need the following information so we can look into the issue.
