| I have been experiencing frequent disconnects playing hardcore lately losing me a !@#$load of Grift keys.(luckily not characters) I was trying to optimally use bane of the stricken with Ray of frost stacking as high as possible. Since ray of frost knows no attack speed and instantly fires again i've figured this is the best spell to use for stacking bane of the stricken. After that I've noticed that using force move with my primary attack clicked while holding shift would make a crazy attack speed, which should stack bane like mad which imo works as intended (why else would you reduce the resource cost of ray of frost with a belt by 61%. Because even without i'd have max arcane power 100% of the time. About 5 minutes into the game doing a grift i disconnected after holding shift+leftmousebutton and scrolling for force move. I recreated a game and figured i'd do another grift since DC's might happen. 2nd grift, same thing happened. To rule all odd things out i reconnected and tried the key combination in town. After holding it for a bit; Poof i DC'd again. Me and my buddy were testing if we could recreate a bug and we both succeeded doing the same thing. This seems to either be broken in the sense that people are able to bind scroll buttons to force move or the game is not handling the performed actions properly. Perhaps the battle.net service refuses to accept this many actions. However it's pretty darn hard for me to know where that limit is and seeing as many people use scroll for force move this in my opinion can be labeled as broken. With ray of frost i want to stand still and thus press "shift" however, when i release shift i only want to force move using my mouse. Sometimes i just keep scrolling automatically while holding shift since it halts me anyway. But it dumps me out of the game. maybe it's a plan to ignore "force move" inputs while "shift" is in a "pressed" state. I'm pretty sure this is not working as intended but for science and fix's sake i'd like to report it to you. In order to recreate this bug one must: - bind his force move button to his/her scroll button, - have a wizard with ray of frost on primary attack. - hold shift and left mouse button simultaniously while scrolling for force move. | ||

| Hello Thrizian, Unfortunately we can't investigate bugs related to game mechanics from the support forum. Keep in mind this forum is aimed towards support with technical issues; installation, crashes, connection issues, performance, etc. Could you please post this information on the Bug Report Forum? http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/5386229/ This way the issue will be investigated directly by the development team, since they do check that forum personally. On top of that, it's easier for them to check the impact an issue has on the community if they have all the reports on the same place, making it easier to prioritise them accordingly. Due to the amount of reports they receive, they usually don't answer every thread there, but don't worry; they'll check the issue anyway. If you have disconnections in other situations as well, please let me know and we can go through some connection troubleshooting steps with you, but this seems rather specific so I think it would be benefitial to let the devs know. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing?
