Hi, I am having issues with Diablo 3 crashing everytime I try to open it. Usually I'll get an error like below: 7BC2294E-7007-4090-8870-B95DC3078F31 I found an existing "solution" to delete my battle.net folder within the Program Data folder but that did not work. I was playing Diablo 3 yesterday night just fine so I don't understand what may have changed. Also, quick note, I can open up both Hearthstone and Starcraft II. It seems to only be Diablo 3 with which I am having an issue. |

Lance, Do you have a program installed called "Yolomouse"? If you do, uninstall it, restart the system, and try running D3 again. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |

Lance, Wow... you were right. I disabled it and there was no errors. I then enabled Yolomouse while in game and it immediately crashed the game. Thank you very much! You're welcome, I'm glad to see that worked. Were there file changes to Diablo 3 recently that would cause this? No changes that I'm aware of. Maybe that program updated itself? Also just some feedback for the devs, you really should implement customizable cursors. The reason I use it is because the current cursor is easy to lose. The devs probably won't see that feedback here. You might want to create a post about it in the General Forums. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |
