I bought a box of RoS but after I enter the game key in battle.net page, my account summary dose not change anything. my game account still show Diablo III Standard Edition. There is no Reaper of Souls anywhere. I can't create Crusader nor play Act 5. So I try to enter the game key again and it show this massage "You have already redeemed this item for this account. Please visit Blizzard Support for more information." Need Help!?!

Nanok, I reset your account from my end. Can you restart the Battle.net launcher and try running D3 again?
