Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool:
Click on Start
Click on Run
Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field)
Hit Enter or OK
Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here.

| I have tried using the transporter and coming in thru the waterway from the SE. The moment I try to enter the area either a)the image freezes but I can still hear sounds, including my characters footsteps if I use my movement keys. I can use my town portal via hotkey but I have to minimize the game (I play in full screen mode) then bring it back up in order to get fully loaded into Bastion Keep. b)I get stuck at load screen when trying to port into the area but again I can still hear sounds including my characters movement and can use the hotkey to town portal. Again I have to minimize to desktop then bring the game back up to get it to load properly. Using my town portal to go back results in the same problem as using the transporter. Taking the long hike from the waterway results in everything freezing the moment I encounter any mobs. Again I still have sound and can use hotkey to town portal out. Same minimize to desktop then bring game back up to active in the Keep after. This makes it impossible for me to finish the bounties in Act II because of this. Also, I had a similar problem in the Paths of the Drowned area earlier. Since it did allow me to fully load from the teleporter I was able to portal out of the area that was freezing up and skirt around it. Unfortunately for the Desolate Sands area there doesn't seem to be a way to 'sneak' around the problem spot to get in.
