@ChampLoncar I responded your post on this other thread, so let's treat your case over there. Please, avoid posting about the same issue on different threads. It makes it much harder for us to get track of different cases and provide support/moderate the forums @Helleronly Have you followed any troubleshooting steps? What's your issue exactly? In order to help you we would need more information. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing? Leave your comments here! |

ThebigL, I didn't respond to your issue because Shammoz already explained what is going on in your diagnostic files. When the issue appears to be outside of Blizzard's network, your best option is contacting your internet provider directly. I'm sorry if you took that as us ignoring you, but I can assure you that wasn't the case. 3 * 22 ms * 172.18.6.90 4 24 ms 75 ms * 172.17.1.166 5 39 ms * 15 ms 172.17.1.157 Those * usually indicate a packet loss in the connection. They occur pretty early on the connection, so I would definitely recommend contacting your internet provider and passing them all the information so they can check what's happening there. I understand a connection issue can be frustrating, but please remember to avoid inappropriate language and follow the Code of Conduct at all times. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing?
