| I've bought diablo 3 quite some time ago, and i played it for about 6 months then left and forgot about it for how long i can't remember. Now, having lost my dvd box thus the key. when i looked into my blizzard account i've seen that there is no activated diablo 3 standart edition but only starter's edition. So i've downloaded starters edition and log-in but all my former heroes and progress is gone. So im asking this, is there a way to upgrade starter's edition to standart edition that i bought before without the key or is there a way to recover the key ? Thanks. Edit: I don't know why should i re-activate a game i've already bought? Shouldn't the game must be activated on my battlenet account even if i don't play it for 3 years or so? Why would i need the key from my boxed copy after i activated the game in my battle net account? Can't even send a ticket because i dont have a game key... Thanks. | ||

| Hello Nomad, When you redeem a key in a Battle.net account, that license remains linked to the account, even if you stop playing. I don't see that this account had ever a Diablo III license, so my guess is that you had another Battle.net account where your license and all your progress is.
