| Hi, I was playing with a friend, and we thought it would be fun to go in a greater rift. As we opened the rift, instead of teleporting us inside, it opened up like a normal nephalem rift, but with the distinct purple colour of a greater rift. Clicking it, it would not allow either of us to enter. We were alone on the server both before and during the opening of the greater rift. There was no way to complete the rift, as we could not enter it, so in the end we had to leave, losing a greater rift key for nothing. I have no clue as to what might have caused this - we were doing nothing out of the ordinary, and opening both nephalem rifts and greater rifts have worked just fine this far. Regards, Mangobear | ||

| Hello Mangobear, Unfortunately we can't investigate bugs related to game mechanics from the support forum. Keep in mind this forum is aimed towards support with technical issues; installation, crashes, connection issues, performance, etc. The best thing to do is posting this information on the Bug Report Forum: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/5386229/ This way the issue will be investigated directly by the development team, since they do check that forum personally. On top of that, it's easier for them to check the impact an issue has on the community if they have all the reports on the same place, making it easier to prioritise them accordingly.
