| Could you please follow the steps for the graphic issues I posted above and post the information? | Hello all, I'm going to take a look at all the information posted, but in order to escalate this and having it investigated, we will need some information in a specific format. I know it can be a bit tedious, but if you could give us the following information it would help us greatly: - Details of issue (if possible, monitor the FPS and ms to check if they both drop and so on): - What class do you and your group mates play? Do you notice the issue gets worse with specific abilities? - City/Country: - Internet Provider: - Traceroute (right after a disconnection) - Pathping (right after a disconnection) - Looking Glass report (right after a disconnection) - DxDiag report (to make things easier and avoid crowding the thread, you can paste the results in Pastebin and just post the URL).
