| Hello. Today, faced with a problem: I could not move to the third level of the Grand Portal. I went to move between locations, clicked the mouse on the transition, the screen blinked just black and nothing happened. Boot screen does not appear, on the third level, I did not get. As a result, the portal was impossible to pass! I simply did not have enemies. What can I do in this situation? P.S. I apologize for my bad English, I use a translator. | ||

| Hello FaceHoof, Unfortunately we can't investigate bugs related to game mechanics from the support forum. Keep in mind this forum is aimed towards support with technical issues; installation, crashes, connection issues, performance, etc. The best thing to do is posting this information on the Bug Report Forum: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/5386229/ This way the issue will be investigated directly by the development team, since they do check that forum personally. On top of that, it's easier for them to check the impact an issue has on the community if they have all the reports on the same place, making it easier to prioritise them accordingly.
